How I consolidate & evaluate samples for you
Let me know the essential details to collect a sample from the factories/vendors. If you haven't identified a supplier for your product, I can add in the Supplier Sourcing service 🡕 for extra fees.
I will provide you with a mailing address. The supplier may request a domestic mailing cost, as well as a sample cost (for high-value items). I would rather you pay it directly to the supplier. If paying via me, I will confirm the extra processing fees with you upfront before any commitment.
I will make an unboxing video, evaluate key attributes, and do a comparative study if it involves multiple samples.

Your samples will be securely packed in a single carton/mailer/sealed pak for optimal safety and cost. I will ship it to your doorstep. You can track the shipment with the tracking number.
Q&A
I consolidate samples from one or multiple suppliers, securely pack them in a single carton/mailer/sealed pak, and send them to your address by air or sea. I can also evaluate the sample and provide you with a detailed video report.
- Consolidating Samples: 1–2 weeks (air) / 3–5 weeks (sea)
- Finalizing the Report: 7–10 business days
💡 Total time may vary with sample complexity and supplier location.
Please pay directly to the suppliers. However, if a supplier cannot receive foreign currency, you can try Wise. If none of these worked, you can pay via me. A small bank fee applies, and I will confirm it with you upfront.
I will evaluate the sample and make a detailed, objective assessment. The final decision is yours to make.
