Vet Factories & Approve Samples

Once you give the go-ahead, I'll rigorously assess 2-3 factories and obtain samples. You'll get a detailed report, and I can send the samples to you for final approval.

Contract & Deposit Payment

I’ll help you negotiate key contract terms—like specs, pricing, and penalties—and tie payments to clear milestones (e.g., deposit, production start, pre-shipment). You can pay the factory directly or through me. A small fee applies if paying through me due to bank or PayPal charges.

Production & Brand Customization

Once production begins, I’ll coordinate with the factory, send you updates, and resolve any issues. I’ll also make sure your branding is applied correctly to products, tags, and packaging.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before anything ships, I’ll arrange a thorough inspection at the factory and provide you with a full report. If issues come up, I’ll coordinate fixes. No faulty products should reach you. Note: most factories expect the balance payment at this stage.

Shipping Coordination

I’ll handle export paperwork, arrange pickup with a freight forwarder, and confirm final shipping costs with you. By this point, only the balance for my service and shipping will be due.

On-the-Ground Support

If anything comes up after shipping, just contact me. I’m your local partner to resolve issues directly with the factory. You’re covered.
